The Midwest Conference issued its weekly release for men's cross country on Tuesday. Included are results from the last week as well as the league's Performer of the Week.

Sophomore Sintayehu Regassa led the Lake Forest College men's cross country team to a third-place finish at St. Norbert College's Tom Barry Invitational on Saturday. The Forester women finished sixth.

Lake Forest College head cross country coach Dan Simpson released his 2014 rosters on Friday. The team's four seniors are joined by 17 sophomores and 11 freshmen.

The Midwest Conference announced its Academic All-MWC honorees for 2013-14 on Wednesday. Lake Forest College student-athletes tallied 78 selections, the most in school history, in 13 sports.
